Overjoyed and honored to welcome him as a new member of their brotherhood, they bestowed upon him the name Hop Sing Grasshopper, a name rooted deeply in the ancient tales that had been passed down through many generations. Hop Sing Grasshopper grew up quickly and dedicated himself entirely to the demanding life and rigorous teachings of the Shaolin Munk clan.
